Holistic Hub is a modern and effective way of connecting you with fully qualified and multi-talented professional therapists and instructors in your own home, office or local park. Our mobile holistas provide a variety of Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM) treatments at a time and place that is convenient for you. 
Complementary and Alternative Medicine is a group of ancient, natural. therapeutic and diagnostic treatments that are tailored to the individual. It treats the root of the condition rather than the symptoms and it aims to restore balance. CAM can be used individually or in conjunction with conventional medicine and often has little to no side effects. CAM uses natural products as opposed to synthetic ones and supports the facts that the body has its own healing properties.

You can book one of our practitioners from Monday to Sunday, 6am - 11:30pm, with last bookings at 10pm.
Our office hours are as follows: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.

There are numerous ways to book an appointment - via the main page, the book page, the holistas page and via phone call. 
On the Book page:
  • Enter your full postcode 
  • Select single or block booking
  • Select service
  • Select duration, date and time
  • Select your preferred practitioner, you can opt for years of experience and gender
  • Add more services by selecting 'Add Service' or complete the booking by selecting submit 
  • If you are already logged in you will be directed to the payment page
  • If not you will be redirected to the 'Log in' or 'Join Us' page and fill in your details
  • If you have a referral code, please click 'I have a referral code' and enter the code in the box provided and then click register
  • On the payment page, check your details are correct and click 'Confirm Your Booking'
You can book an appointment an hour or more before your preferred time. It is recommended, however, that you allow for minor delays, and preparation of the space. Our Holistas love having their schedules organised weekly, therefore, bookings that are made in advance are highly appreciated.
You will receive an email with pending status and once the Holista has confirmed you will receive a final confirmation email. You will also receive a introductory text from your Holista confirming your appointment. 
You will receive an invoice from Stripe, our payment gateway.

Our services are known to have little to no side effects and are administered in a safe manner. You will be informed of any by your Holista during the very first consultation. Please note that you will be required to submit a fully completed medical questionnaire before your first treatment.
No. However, in the event of experiencing discomfort, do not be afraid to tell your holista, and they will be more than willing to adjust the level of intensity or pressure of your therapy. A lot of people wonder if the process of acupuncture is painful, please be assured that it is not. The needles used in acupuncture are as fine as hair, meaning you might feel a bit of a pinch on insertion, but complete relaxation will follow.
You will receive a recommendation from your Holista during the initial consultation and continued recommendations based on your progress, need and condition.
It is dependent on your choice of treatment.  Please be aware that the initial appointment may take longer since your first consultation (our recommendation is 90 minutes) will take place before your treatment. This would mean that follow-up appointments are generally shorter.

Yes, it is! We offer flexibility to combine services. For example, you may want to try acupuncture together with physiotherapy or massage. Most of our qualified holistas come with more than one degree or diploma. You can look at each individual Holista's profile for more information on the services he or she provides. We usually offer promotions so that you can find these combined treatments at an advantageous price.
Our holistas aim to provide services that are individualised to each clients needs. 
Of course, you can! All you have to do is inform your Holista. He or she will check first to see if it is possible, depending on availability, and will explain to you in further detail the procedure involved. You will be charged £25 per 30 minutes extension.
We perfectly understand that London can be challenging for commuters. However, this will also depend completely on the schedule of the assigned therapist. We highly encourage our holistas and clients to always be on-time.
We encourage eating heavy meals two hours before the scheduled treatment. It is also advisable to avoid consuming alcohol and the use of drugs before and after the procedure.
You may discuss your condition with your GP first and inquire. Generally, however, our services will not have an impact on medication. Your personal holista will provide you information regarding this during your first consultation.
Most of our treatments will prove to be beneficial to you before, during and after your pregnancy. You can contact us and we will get in touch with the relevant therapist and get back to you. 
It is dependent on the type of treatment you have requested. Some treatments will be done on a portable massage bed, while others may be performed on a yoga mat or mattress. In the event of onsite/office massage, a massage chair will be provided.
Our Holistas will provide a massage chair/table for the first session, if required. Please bear in mind, all of our Holistas are highly trained in order to perform any type of treatment without the equipment. You can also inform your Holista if you are already in possession of one. 
It highly depends on the type of service. For example, if you chose physiotherapy or thai massage, it is recommended you wear comfortable/loose clothes. When doing pilates, yoga or undertaking any personal training, it is recommended you wear the appropriate fitness attire.

As part of their requirements, our holistas need at least two years industry experience, proof of continuous practice and professional development, updated qualifications, as well as insurance coverage within their professional association.

Our team of holistas are rigorously vetted and screened. All of our holistas go through a thorough process in recruiting, providing us with recent Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks, formerly known as Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) checks as well as providing us with up-to-date personal information.

It completely depends on you! You are not obligated to do so. However, if you are really satisfied with the service that you received, you can tip your holista. We are sure that any amount will surely be appreciated.

All your appointments are listed under my bookings. Appointments marked as ‘Pending’ are awaiting confirmation. Once the appointment is confirmed its status will be marked as ‘Confirmed’. You cannot amend the appointment online. Please cancel your current appointment in order to make a new one.

If you need to cancel your appointment with less than four hours notice, you will not be refunded and you will be charged full price unless the appointment is cancelled within the 10 minute 'cool down period'.
