          The lineage of Tai Chi can be traced back to 13th century China, where it was developed as a martial art. Since then it has softened into a gentler, more accessible practice that draws upon elements of Chinese spirituality and philosophy. 

          Classes comprise of deep, mindful breathing; slow, graceful movements and relaxation.

          In addition to providing a potent tool for self-discovery, Tai Chi works as a low impact exercise that is suitable for all ages and abilities.
