Where it all started…
I had suffered with health problems for as long as I could remember, all starting with eczema and chronic colds as a child, through to glandular fever and post viral fatigue which was later diagnosed as M.E. as a young adult.
If I used my energy one day, I would pay for it for a few days in bed, more pain, exhausted and unable to function.
I felt like my quality of life was lacking, and major life events crippled me… but medical practitioners never seemed to have the answers I was looking for.
Thankfully a friend had noticed and recommended I go to see a bioregulatory medicine practitioner, Mary Bucher.
The visit was enlightening, reassuring and a massive breakthrough.
In fact, it changed the course of my life as I knew it.
